About the practice

Advice shaped by household paperwork, not market slogans

Linden Court Financial began as a small advisory room for clients who wanted someone to sit with pension statements and mortgage offers until the next step felt obvious.

Origin

The practice grew out of years spent explaining transfer packs and State Pension forecasts to neighbours and referred families across Northern Ireland. Clients kept asking for the same thing: a written plan they could show a partner, not a rushed product conversation.

How we work

We begin with a discovery call, collect documents, and only then model options. Recommendations stay within UK regulated advice where suitability applies. When a solicitor or accountant is needed — wills, trusts, tax returns — we introduce rather than stretch beyond our remit.

Values we hold in meetings

  • Plain English summaries beside the formal report
  • Fees stated before modelling begins
  • Room for a mild second thought — clients may pause before implementing
  • Respect for family dynamics when estates and gifts are discussed

Who you meet

Chartered financial planning credentials sit behind the advice. Mortgage and protection work is handled by advisers authorised for those permissions. You will know the name of the person writing your report before the engagement fee is agreed.

Community footing

Our office is at 2115 Gislason Pike, Upton Romagueraford, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. We advise UK residents; many clients travel from elsewhere in Northern Ireland or join by video from Great Britain. Seasonal guides on the site reflect questions raised in local discovery meetings.
